No. The Pass Promise Package is a personalised course that is planned and reserved specifically for each learner.
Once payment has been received, we allocate instructor time, vehicle availability, and lesson schedules exclusively for you. For this reason, all payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged.
Your place is only secured once full payment has been received.
If you need to change a lesson, at least 48 hours' notice is required. Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full.
